Introduction to Unreal: 4

Started doing stuff in the material editor Using what is basically masks to make a cracked paint texture Varied the specularity on the material to make the paint shinier than the wood Making instanced materials based of the original Added mold and made that variable too

Began replacing the blocked in stuff with static meshes, starting with the walls and windows. Replacing the walls continued. All the meshes in place! (light added so you can see the detail) Window meshes added. Door meshes added.

Placed the amphora into the scene Making a new material for the amphora The completed material and the Final Amphora Putting the various types of lights into the scene (looks great! )

Learned how to open and create new projects, and the three different methods of viewport navigation. left click to move forward and backward, right click to look around, and middle click to move up and down alt-left click to rotate around a selected object, alt-right click to zoom in and out, and alt-middle click to pan hold right click and WASD to move and Q and E to move up and down Learned how to place and select objects, and how to switch views in the viewport
